9.5" diameter
high fired stone ware plate from the San Kamphaeng kilns in the Chiang Mai province. The plate is made of a coarse clay with a yellow green wood ash glaze (some damage to the glaze, visible in the upper right) and the everted rim is slightly raised. The radiating line design in the center and the low footrim are typical for this kind of stonewares from the San Kamphaeng region.
